En un ambiente lleno de energ\u00eda y compromiso, la Fundaci\u00f3n Bethel Chane llev\u00f3 a cabo con \u00e9xito su reciente Actividad de Servicio Juvenil<\/b>, una jornada que marc\u00f3 un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la din\u00e1mica de nuestros participantes.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s que una simple actividad, este evento fue un espacio dise\u00f1ado estrat\u00e9gicamente para que los j\u00f3venes no solo sirvieran a su comunidad, sino que tambi\u00e9n miraran hacia adentro y descubrieran el potencial que poseen.<\/p>\n

Un Objetivo Claro: Crecer Sirviendo<\/b><\/h3>\n

El principal motor de esta iniciativa fue brindar a los j\u00f3venes la oportunidad de desarrollar sus habilidades blandas y t\u00e9cnicas<\/b> en un entorno real. La fundaci\u00f3n se enfoc\u00f3 en crear situaciones que requirieran:<\/p>\n

    Trabajo en equipo:<\/b> Aprender a confiar en el compa\u00f1ero para lograr una meta com\u00fan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Confraternizaci\u00f3n:<\/b> Romper el hielo y crear lazos de amistad genuina entre los participantes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Liderazgo de servicio:<\/b> Entender que liderar es, ante todo, servir a los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Resultados que Inspiran<\/b><\/h3>\n

    El balance de la jornada fue sumamente positivo. Se logr\u00f3 cumplir con creces el objetivo planteado: los j\u00f3venes descubrieron talentos que no sab\u00edan que ten\u00edan.<\/b><\/p>\n

    Durante la actividad, se pudo observar c\u00f3mo aquellos que usualmente son m\u00e1s t\u00edmidos tomaban la iniciativa, y c\u00f3mo el grupo aprendi\u00f3 a coordinarse eficientemente, respetando las ideas de todos. El resultado m\u00e1s valioso fue el fortalecimiento de la unidad<\/b>. Los j\u00f3venes terminaron la jornada no solo cansados y satisfechos por el deber cumplido, sino m\u00e1s unidos que nunca, entendiendo que juntos son una fuerza transformadora.<\/p>\n
